coaching/Tutoring plans

I'm here to coach you to the finish line of your physics class! 

If you would like to give it try,  send me a message and let me know what class you are taking and what plan below you are interested in.  Sessions are on Zoom or in  Discord.  All payments are made through Venmo in advance. You can try one session and if you decide to work with me commit to a plan month by month. We'll figure it out together. I'm selective about who I tutor and don't take many students. Serious students only!  I also provide valuable supplemental materials for free!

One-on-one private tutoring on zoom. We will customize a study strategy that will help you succeed in your physics class. We can review homework or prep for exams. I can also help you with lab reports. Minimum 1 session per week, one month paid in advance. 90 minutes per session.  $75/session. 

To help you share the cost, I will permit up to three students in a session. Just realize you may not get as much personal attention as you need but it is good to have study buddies to study with and share the cost.  Minimum 1 session per week. one month paid in advance. 90 minutes per session.  $100/session.  (It is more because it is more work!)

Are you taking physics for a second or third time? Let me help you get through your course so you can move on and finish your degree. I taught physics for bio majors at UC Santa Cruz and dozens of students were taking physics a second and third time. It's crazy. Physics should not be a gate keeper for your dreams and I'm here to help. If you commit to working with me for the entire course on a weekly basis I will discount the fee.  Talk to me! 

Preparing for a big exam? I prefer not to tutor just for exams because it is hard to be effective without building communication and strategy over a few sessions but I'll do it on ocassion and at an increased fee. I recommend getting a study buddy to help cover the cost and its always better to study with someone.  $150 per 90 minute session.
